Directors
Cyril and David manage MAD LAB. Because a bike needs two wheels to ride, Cyril is responsible for the production and David for the sale. Simple, obviously crazy and it works! They form a duo more iconic than John Lennon & Paul McCartney or Beyoncé & Jay-Z.
Sami
Responsible production
Sami a.k.a. the master of the dough, is of Tunisian descent and his harissa is divine. Undoubtedly, a harissa cracker “Made by Sami” seems obvious.

Paulo very quickly joined our production laboratory to become the fourth wheel of the MAD LAB carriage. Together with Sami and Santiago, they form the pair to ensure that our crackers and biscuits arrive at your home in good order.

Santiago is the versatile person par excellence, always in a good mood and ready to help his colleagues. His humor is as spicy as our crackers and his Mediterranean smile brings a little sunshine to the workshop all day.
